Company Profile

DCM has been in the business of general and prototype electronic,
electromechanical fabrication, assembly and inspection for 25 years. Our
customers include Sandia National Laboratories, Los Alamos
National Laboratories, Boeing, Intel Corporation, Betatron Electronics,
Thermo Electron Corporation, and Team Specialty Products.

We perform the following fabrication to print type work:

• Electronic Cable and Harness Assembly
• Chassis, Rack, and Panel Wiring
• Large Electronic Systems
• Component and Connector Encapsulation
• Mechanical and Electromechanical Assembly
• Electrical and Electronic Assemblies

All technicians are certified to Joint Industry Standard IPC-A-610 Class
3, Revision C, and Sandia National Laboratories Standard Specifications
9913013.

DCM maintains necessary test equipment to insure product
reliability. All products produced at DCM are inspected 100% including
dimensional, visual, electrical hi-pot, continuity, etc. Test equipment
is calibrated on a yearly basis and is traceable to the National Bureau
of Standards.
